Chocoflan

Ingredients:

1 box of chocolate cake mix, or your favorite recipe

For the Flan:

1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon
3 tablespoon of rum
Cajeta to your taste

Prepare cake mix. Mix all ingredients for flan together. Grease and flour cake pan mold, place the cajeta, pour in the cake mix, slowly add mix for flan, cover cake pan with aluminum foil. Set in a pan with water, then bake

Bake for 50 min. @ 350F

Decorate with pecans.
